Types of Lighting Controls

On-Off Switch - the most common form

Occupancy sensors (including passive infrared, ultrasonic, and dual technology sensors) can perform three important, energy-saving functions:

Automatically turn lights on when a room becomes occupied.
Keep the lights on without interruption while the space is occupied.
Turn lights off within a preset time period after a space has been
   vacated.

Tychon continually researches sensor technology and characteristics in order to match the sensor to the specific lighting control application.
